Proud-Aid is formulated to prevent and treat of Proud Flesh Proud Flesh is the production of exuberant granulation also known as proud flesh. Proud flesh can be a problem with some wounds and can significantly delay the wound healing. It basically means that the wound heals too much and creates too much tissue, which then stops the would from being able to close. Proud aid also aids in the treatment of scratches, wire cuts, mud fever, skin irritations and other skin disorders in horses. Proud-Aid is a smooth textured paste that is easy to apply and is non irritant to the horse. Proud Aid helps protect from gross contamination and invasive dirt from entering the wound. Proud-Aid dries rapidly, stays in place and can be used without bandaging. Active ingrediants : Calcium Hydroxide Copper Sulphate ( as copper sulphate pentahydrate)
